+	amplasarea hotelului in centrul statiunii este un lucru foarte bun.
-	faptul ca instalatiile de jacuzzi nu functioneaza la parametrii maximi, precum si orarul acestora (numai de la ora 10) este un mare inconvenient. Ora de incepere si de incheiere a zilei hoteliere nu este buna,( practic in dimineata zilei de incheiere a sejurului nu poti beneficia de centrul SPA)

-	Egyetlen dolog volt ami, jobban tetszett volna, ha a szállodában megoldható lett volna, masszirozásért a szemközti szállodába kellet ámenni

+	Hotel de o tinuta deosebita, camera superba, eleganta si functionala in acelasi timp.
-	Un singur membru al personalului vorbea limba engleza. Accesul WI-FI la internet, cel putin in camera, a fost mult sub asteptari.

-	A wellness részleg nem megfelelően működött, szauna, gőz csak fél órás várakozással volt használható, élményelemek csak részlegesen működtek kérték is, hogy ne használjuk, mert leégnek a szivattyúk!?
