+	The hotel was a pleasant surprise as we weren't really expecting it to be this good for the price. Staff we dealt with were helpful and polite and all seemed to speak pretty good english. The restaurant was open until 9.30pm which was handy as we arrived late. The buffet breakfast which was included in the price was great and had everything you could possible want. Hotel was in a good neighbourhood (near the embassies) and was pretty close to the city, Keleti train station and the metro. All in all it was a pretty good hotel at a pretty good price.

+	A szállodai személyzet nagyon udvarias volt és minden kérésünket teljesítette és hasznos informátiókat adott.
-	A szállodaszobák ajtajai nagyon rossz állapotban voltak és nagyon emlékeztettek a volt pedagogusszállóra.

+	In de superior rooms zat internet en dit was een kwestie van een kabeltje inpluggen en je kon direct aan het werk. Alles zonder extra kosten.
-	Er staat aangegeven dat er in het restaurant ook goede vegetarische opties zijn, maar dit viel tegen. Het ontbijten was ook meer geschikt voor vleeseters, want de broodjes waren taai, er was geen echte sap, fruit en groente waren deels bruin en de koffie en thee regelmatig op. Wel was er een eindeloze voorraad en worstjes en spek.

-	nincs internet kapcsolat a szobában. A liftekben a halogénizzó megsüti az ember fejét,ha egy kicsivel magasabb a kerti törpénél. Olcsó, hideg, LED lámpákat évek óta lehet kapni.

+	a szálloda fekvése nagyon jó, parkolási lehetőség nagyon jó, személyzet kedves, udvarias, segítőkész.
-	a szoba kissé elavult, fürdő berendezése éppen csak kielégítő, a vízcsatlakozás hibáját nekem kellett bejelentenem - de a hibát fél órán belül kijavították.

+	A személyzet (recepció, londiner, pincérnő) kedvességével, szolgálatkészségével kitűnt a szálloda általános minőségéből.
-	Az étterem mérete, megjelenése, választéka, a főfogás minősége elégtelen volt. A lukas abrosz, a ferdén lógó hangszóró csak néhány apróság az étteremből. A folyamatosan folyó WC tartály, illetve a beázott mennyezetű és pergő falfestékű fürdőszoba, a szoba lepusztult berendezése, a konnektorból kihúzott televízió nagyon leminősíti a szállodát. A magyarországi három csillagos besorolás ennyit jelent és ennyit is ér.

+	Az étterem személyzete különösen segítőkésznek bizonyult.
-	Elégedetlenségre nem volt okunk.., csak a galambok keltek túl korán az ablakban. :)
