+	The service of the hotel staff behind the main counter.
-	Not being allowed to get a late cup of tea as the hot water machine was getting switched off and wheeled away from the breakfast area.

+	Very quiet location, very good connection to downtown area, rich breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff, cleanliness, coffee in the lobby, free internet in the lobby, price - performance generally
-	inedible coffee at the breakfast buffet, hotel generally in need of renovation - appears a bit worn, but still worth the rate

+	The hotel was a pleasant surprise as we weren't really expecting it to be this good for the price. Staff we dealt with were helpful and polite and all seemed to speak pretty good english. The restaurant was open until 9.30pm which was handy as we arrived late. The buffet breakfast which was included in the price was great and had everything you could possible want. Hotel was in a good neighbourhood (near the embassies) and was pretty close to the city, Keleti train station and the metro. All in all it was a pretty good hotel at a pretty good price.

-	Lifts out of order. Hotel seems a bit worn-out.
