+	Beatiful location, well appointed rooms and lovely ambiance. Staff speak good english and are very helpful.
-	Nothing hotel wise but take some local currency with you and pick up a book of bus tickets from the post office before 4pm if you want to use the bus service into town.

+	The situation of the hotel. The ease with which we could book it. The politeness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast menu was very good, and plenty of it. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms comfortable. A wonderful location.
-	We were pleased with all aspects, however we missed being able to make a cup of tea/coffee in our room. However, that is only personal preference.

+	Our online booking worked. the young man on the desk was really friendly and helpful and went out of his way to assist us.
-	The air conditioning overflow pipe dripped into the shower recess all the time - very annoying when trying to sleep. Shabby plastic ill fitting shower door - not in keeping with the standard of the hotel. No service to assist with bags - no lift either. Breakfast options were adequate but could be better - not enough variety in the cereals and fruit. We had great difficulty trying to modify our booking and were unable to alter it online - your site needs a button on the home page which can be clicked to easily access and check or alter bookings.

+	The position was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and pleasant to be in. It was quite romantic also in a quiet way.
-	The double bed was 2 singles pushed together. We were on the 3rd floor with a restricted view despite having asked for a view and despite the hotel being quiet with vacancies on the 2nd floor. There was no lift. It was a little cool in the room in the early evening but very hot in the night. The TV was a long way from the bed and not possible to see at such a distance.

Thus, we were very satisfied with all your services, and extremely glad to start our trips from a wonderful place. We had no lunch or dinner at your hotel, so the "dining" evaluation is limited to breakfast. Well, you may know that it is really "average".

+	The hotel is very well situated. It has an ideal position in the castle in Buda.
-	We had a room on the third floor which was difficult to get to as there is no lift and the final flights of stairs were too narrow to accommodate our suitcases. Also, there were no umbrellas for us to use on a rainy day.The air conditioning was not working.
