+	A szakács főztje illetve a felszolgálók pozitív hozzáállása.A Kleopátra fürdő és a masszőrök tényleg átlagon felüli élményt nyújtottak!
-	Az érkezésünkkor kiderült, hogy a hotel rendszerében nem a fogalásassal megegyező paraméterek szerint vagyunk regisztrálva. Ez még nem nagy probléma, de távozáskor ugyan úgy a helytelen paraméterek alapján történt a számlázás. Kb.20 percet vártunk, hogy korrigálják, kimondottan kellemetlen volt az egész szituáció. Egy egyszerű "Elnézést kérünk a kellemetlenségért" némileg javított volna a helyzeten. Sajnálom, hogy ez sem a be sem a kijeletkezésnél nem történt meg.

-	recepciós szolgálat Hiányoljuk a szobák vezeték nélküli internet kapcsolatát, a recepciós lány nem szívesen ad tájékoztatást, fél órás HotSpot kártyát kértünk, de azt mondta, hogy nincs, csak 20 percest tudunk vásárolni, és kért érte 480 Ft-ot, mint a 30 perces kártyáért, de azt tudjuk, hogy a 20 perces kártya ingyen van. Ezek után azt gondolhatjuk, hogy be akartak csapni, illetve a lány a pénzt zsebretenni. Amikor szoltunk neki csak megvonta a vállát.
