+	Excellent location well-trained stuff very good and differentfacilities (swimming pool,sauna, termal bath etc.) excellent if being compared with the servicesprovided by hotels in West-Europe countries

-	csak kicsiny sampon hiányzott nagyon a szobából, amivel nem készültem, mert eddig még minden szállodában találtam

+	The person on reception and offcourse the service in the Dinning room verry friendly and helpfull
-	the sauna handling.a person come in put 2 cup off water on the oven an that was.is not realy a good sauna enyoument

-	reggeli : műnarancslé , a reggeli minősége nem egy négycsillagos szállodához méltó . Wellness részleg : a fürdőmester csak elvétve kukkant be a finn szaunába , a nedvességtartalom tartósan órákig a kellő szint alatt volt
