+	Location was excellent.
-	Doors and room isolation was weak, all could be heard what happened in the corridor. Room was a little bit tight. No extra services, even though it was a 4star hotel.

+	The location of the hotel. The garage right beneath the hotel.
-	It isn't worth 4 stars at all because it is in no way luxurious.

-	The Hotel has on there homeside said there was "Summerpaked" with Budapestcard. Aften one day and a long take get we 2 pass. Sie said its not more was on the site. He dont want to give us it.

+	Hotel is situated near the castle hill. ok breakfast.
-	Small, very basic room with worn out beds. Quite far walking distance to market hall and some sights. Hotel is smaller than seen in the picture.

+	The hotel is ideally located to explore both Buda and Pest. It is an easy walk to Pest across the Chain Bridge. Being at the base of Castle Hill, it is an ideal spot to explore Buda. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall with the package (Budapest Card) it was a very good value for money.
-	Listed as 4 star but quite there but has all the basic essentials. No close by eating spots. The room was booked as a package (incl. the Budapest card) but the front desk did not offer that without some asking.

-	Quote for room was in Euros/dollars, but bill was in Hungarian currenacy. Please just do Euros or just one currenacy.

-	It was impossible to get any kind of snacks (chips, chocolat, peanuts) at the hotel in the evening.
