+	The staff's attitude towards us was excellent. We loved it.
-	A/C was not working or did not exist. We had a ventilator in the room wich was not the best choice. But it was a minor problem...

We loved Hotel Charles and we will definately choose it again next time we visit Budapest. From the moment you walk inside and until you leave the staff is allways at your disposal. Everithing is clean and tidy and it is really easy to get to it. We recomend it warmly...
