+	The kindness and hospitality afforded to us from our arrival to departure, was excellent. We were treated like "Gods".

+	the staff and organization. it was brilliant! Especially Ivette (I think) from the Executive reception. And we were really pleasantly surprised when we found a bottle of champagne and a greeting card in our room for the birthday of my husband!

+	The Spa was fantastic - a great way to relax after a hectic day sight-seeing etc!
-	Unfortunately breakfast wasn't included in the price and at 22euro pp we didn't opt for it

+	- Upgraded to suite due to 'Guest of the Day'; - Spa fantastic (outstanding massage - ask for Anita!); - Additional benefits of Executive Club well worth the money; - Vast majority of staff were happy to go the extra mile if asked.
-	- Member of staff manning the Exec lounge was rather void of personality and a bit of a 'jobsworth' e.g. asking to see your room key every time you went to the lounge, even if you were there 2 hrs previously wearing the same clothes. Generally wasn't very welcoming. - When checking out, rather than have me wait for a couple of minutes whilst finishing up with a previous guest, the receptionist asked for my room number and then read out my bill to me whilst dealing with the first guest. Didn't hugely appreciate the lack of privacy there!

+	It is a beautiful hotel !! They care about customers needs. F&B is excellent!! We are very happy to stay there. as we stayed in another "hotel Ramada Plaza" was like a nightmare. The difference was just like Heaven and hell !! also wounderful spa !! We would love to come back again!!

+	la maestositŕ dell'edificio e la gentilezza del personale
-	ho trovato poco chiare le indicazioni per le stanze. In una struttura tanto ampia ne andrebbero di piů ed estremamente chiare!

+	calitatea serviciilor hoteliere modul de prezentare al hotelului Personalul a fost deosebit de amabil la receptie, la masa.
-	apa rece din piscina si faptul ca nu am reusit sa obtin un tratament facial pentru sotia mea ( macar un masaj era de ajuns )
