+	Location,ready hot shower and radiators and good firm beds and mini bar reasonably priced and stocked and an execellant pool.
-	The occasional noisy tram passing, water from the urn for coffee/tea could,ve been hotter, also maybe too much bread on offer for breakfast although I know hungarians love bread, none of these complaints are serious complaints though.

+	Very friendly and helpful staff.
-	During two nights (among 4) there were problems with the air-condition system. Because these problems occur it is reasonable to leave an opportunity to open the window. It will be great to have an extra hook In the bathroom .

+	Menschen an der Reception waren ausnehmend freundlich. Frühstück war ok., nicht nur Brot und Marmelade, wie schon einmal hier bemängelt

+	Tillgĺngen till trĺdlöst internet i rummet, jag bodde i rum 217, samt tillgĺng till parkering. Skall ĺterkomma med familj och och tillgĺngen till badet skall uppskattas.

+	Késő esti érkezésünkkor egy rendkívül kedves, udvarias, segítőkész úr - Ágoston András - fogadott bennünket. Azt egyébként nagyon meghatározónak tartom, hogy belépéskor ki, és hogyan fogadja a vendéget!!!! Nekünk szerencsénk volt, köszönjük ezt Andrásnak!!!!!!

+	everybody i met was very kind and helpful, thank you i thought coffee at breakfast was good i also add that your service seems extremely efficient, well done !!!!
-	i could not eat anything for breakfast except brown bread which was nice because everything had SUGAR in it the tv was atrocious, some hungarian channels, rest german etc but it was nearly impossible to watch anyway : the screen was blurred with snowflakes every morning at 05.30 a man appeared at the swimming pool collecting rubbish (??) making a lot of unnecessary noise, this happened 3 times. water polo players were throwing ball against boards attached to pool making a hell of bang but that stopped at 21.00 hours
