+	the service and atenction of the staff was excellent, very helpful
-	the spa of the hotel looks much bigger in the foto than in reality, there are no marriage beds in hole hotel, time for breakfast could be longer (ends at 10h)

+	maga a szalloda szep es tiszta .a szemelyzet segitokesz,csupan az elhelyezkedessel van gondd ,de ezen nem lehet segiteni:)
-	a reggelit lehetne boviteni,briosch es finom cappucino....elfogadhato,de foleg az olaszokbak szerintem hianyzik a finom cappucino reggel....en magam is hianyoltam...pedig magyar vagyok:).olaszorszagban elek 5 eve,elegge elsajatitottam az itteni eletmodot...egy finom reggelinel nincs jobb,hogy jol kezdodjon a nap.de egyebkent teljesen jol ereztuk magunkat a szallodaben

+	összességében nem volt gond, a fiatal személyzet barátságos volt, a reggeli is finom volt..a szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló a tömegközlekedés szempontjából.
-	más wellnes szállodában a szobába bekészítve kaptam a fürdőköpenyt és kicsit furcsa volt, hogy parkettás volt a szoba, számomra komfortosabb a szőnyegpadló.

+	am meisten zufrieden waren wir mit der tollen lage des hotells. es war alles mit den öffentlichen verkehrsmittel bestens zu erreichen. das personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. es sprachen im hotel fast alle perfektes deutsch und englisch was einiges sehr erleichterte.

+	rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, hervorragende betten und sehr schöne zimmer vor allem im 6. stock mit der kleinen terasse...
-	frühstück, die wurst und käseblatten waren nicht besonders ansehnlich wenn man erst gegen ende zum frühstück gekommen ist

+	Sauberkeit und Swimmingpool.
-	Es fehlt komplett eine Raucherzone innerhalb des Hotels. Rauchen ist nur auf der Terrasse möglich.
