-	Outragous long distance telephone rates (almost 500 Ft/min to Zürich). I should have been warned by staff.

Smoking part of dining room adjacent to non-smoking part. All it takes is two smoking guests during breakfest time to make the non-smoking part, which is much larger, to stink of cigarette smoke. Same issue with my room. Some of my neighbours must have been smoking and somehow the smoke penetrated my room. I also think that the telephoone rates are fraudulent. I spent over 20 EUR on phone calls at 500 Ft/min. Had I known this I would've used my handy. These things do matter to me and although most things are very good about this hotel I'll never go back.
