+ air condition during very hot days in Budapeszt and location
- question of parking. no places avaiable in hotel garage, a little misunderstanding considering parking in front of the hotel - one person from the stuff told us that is for free,and few days later another one from stuff informed us that we have to pay for it using parking meter, anyway we decided not to pay and it was no problem with it.the other thing is, that is almost impossible to catch this parking place. And breakfasts...well maybe they could change menu from time to time- after 10 days you hate scrummbled eggs;)

+ Excellent location at the city centre and just a few minutes walk to a Metro station. Rooms were of reasonable size, bright and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and gave good support.
- The taxi fare to airport booked through the hotel was 5,500 Ft, which was 1,000 Ft more than the fare we were charged when we took the taxi from the airport to the hotel. We felt ripped-off by the hotel. Pillows were far too soft and did not provide adequate support. Romote control for TV did not functioned properly, but this was not a major issue.

- The heating of the rooms did not work well (too hot): for now it was OK, but in general I can imagine problems.

+ Easy to find, excellent location, no parking problem when staying over weekend. Might be a problem during the week. A point to consider: the hotel should offer an illustrated leaflet about the extraordinary breakfast room, or better: the paintings there. They seem to illustrate a part of the early Magyar history. Nobody could give us information. Otherwise: no complaint

+ For a reasonable price the Hotel Erzebet was exceptional. The staff were pleasant and accomodating, mostly with a smile.The selection of food on the brakfast buffet was good and in plentifull supply. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

- - Breakfast was average - TV was poor technically: The remote control did not work satisfactorily. - No air conditioning. Could not open the window for fresh air because of the VERY noisy street.

- Cleanliness. A very average 3 star, Good location. Housekeeping let it down hugely, there were old blood stains and holes in the bed sheets and I had to clean someone elses, very visable) faeces off the bathroom walls and door.
