+	excellent accomodation, very commodious, lot of space, extra bed for baby. Excellent hotel for very good price!

+	Big rooms (suite) for a very fair price
-	Hotelstaff at reception could be more friendly, employees at breakfast were very stressed. In the bathroom shower showed some defects that should be repaired.

+	The place was spacious, clean and warm and well furnished.
-	This is a four star hotel, but the breakfast was in the three star hotel next to it which wasn't four star in my opinion.

+	Finlandia Vodka was very tastey & the size of the room we stayed in was very impressive. Reception staff were very hepful.
-	Bar closed too early & swimming pool was closed on the Monday.

+	The staff was most helpful despite the language barrier.
-	The location was terrible. The bed was completely uncomfortable and resulted in a lack of sleep.

+	The receptionist of hotel Europa This hotel I can recomend, very pleasant sfaff and service.
-	With receptionist of other hotel which your receptionist pointed that cards for public transportation could be bought - this guy from other hotel told us a false informations just to sell additional ticket (for the kid) and he changed us our euro money into forint telling us that everywhere in the city is more expensive because of commission and gaved us 1€=220 Forint.

+	Excellent room and swimming pool, and helpful reception staff. Very good hotel for the cost and helpful staff. Bus no. 22 is very regular and good to connect to centre of town. Meal service was the letdown but otherwise good.
-	Restaurant - poor service and not returning change from bill (the bill included a service charge). Also breakfast on the Saturday morning ddid not have enough tables and as a single traveller I had great difficulty finding (and keeping) somewhere to eat normally.

-	jammer dat er geen lobby was waar je wat kon zitten en wat drinken. Dat kon alleen in het hotel ernaast en dat was wat ver.

-	A foglaláskor vezetékes internetet ígértek,ami nem volt. A dohányzó apartman szellőztethetősége a bukó ablakokkal minimális.

+	A recepciós és a takarító személyzet illedelmes,kedves és segítőkész.A szoba helyett apartmant kaptunk,ami nagyon tetszett,nagyon meg voltunk vele elégedve! Maga a reggeli mennyisége és minősége ezért az árért reális szerintem.
-	A reggeliztetés körülményei nem a szállódához méltóak.Igaz,hogy a reggeli 7-10 óráig üzemel,de ezt jó lenne pontosítani,mert sokan épp tíz elött érkeznek.Tehát 10ig meg kell jelenni,vagy 10kor el kell hagyni a helységet? A gond az,hogy a reggeliztető személyzet nagyon elcsigázott és elégedetlen a vendégekkel,és egymás között is jól hallhatóan megbeszélik ezt,a vendégekkel pedig gond nélkül éreztetik is.A vendégek többsége külföldi és nem értik,de nekem magyarként igencsak kellemetlen volt.Nem csak én voltam magyar,de látszott,hogy ezzel most inkább senki sem büszkélkedik!Mindez tiszteletlenség szerintem,még akkor is ha vannak dolgok amikben igazuk van.Általában sikerült eléggé egyértelműen az emberek tudomására juttatni,hogy "már vége a munkaidőmnek,megyek haza,mit akar ez most itt,miért nem jött előbb?" Amolyan jó magyar bunkó módra!Már jóval 10előtt elkezdik behordani amit csak lehet.Január 1én,pedig a szokásosnál is jobban,teljesen odáig voltak,hogy egy órával tovább kell maradniuk,pedig szerintem ez bármelyik szállodában természetes ezen a napon. Az úszoda hol nyitva,hol nem.A nyitvatartás NEM rugalmas,és legkevésbé sem a vendégek igényét szolgálja .Az úszómester "va fan culo"-s kedves mókás köszönése az olaszoknak,vérlázító és kritikán aluli!!!Ő volt az egyetlen aki jót nevetett rajta (minden egyes alkalommal!),szerencsétlen olaszok értetlenül álltak bunkó hontársunk hihetetlen olasz nyelv tudása elött.Szégyen!

+	Az idöjarassal, illetve az ar es a szolgaltatas öszhangjaval.A Hotel törekszik jobb lenni, de az alkalmazottaknem motivaltak vagy erdekeltek.
-	a 402-es halosszobaban az ablak mar több mint mar több mint 2 eve nem müködik. A Hunguest Hotel Törzskartyaprogramot mar masodszor /2007.12.17-22-ig/ illetve mostsem tudtam hasznalni. Eppen ma nem müködik a Scaner mondta a portas. Igy most is es 2007 decembereben is pont, pontnelkül maradtan ebben a Hotelben.Igy ez az "Ütökartya" mint azt a Hunguest Hotel hirdeti szamomra csak egy "Reklam-gag" maradt.

-	Reggelikor nem kellene hamutartó még a dohányzó részben sem az asztalra. Zavaró, hogy miközben reggelizem, mások rágyújtanak. Nem tudom, hogy oldják meg a reggelit, ha tele van a hotel. NAgyon kicsinek tűnik a reggelizőhely...

+	A reggeli es a szemelyzet igen megfelelo volt es mindig kedvesek voltak a felszolgalassal. A recepcional szinten kedves volt a szemelyzet es mindig segitett amikor szukseges volt. A Hotel Europe-ot fogom ajanlani az ismeroseinknek habar a Hotel Rege-t nem tudom.
-	A Hotel Rege ezzel szemben nem volt megfelelo. Az elso ejjszaka amit ott toltottunk (valami informacio osszekeveredesek miatt) zajos, is kenyelmetlen volt. Aprilis 28-an vacsorat ettunk az etkezoben es a felszolgalo ketszer szamolt a vizert es a borert. Mivel mi ezt mar kesobb vettuk eszre, ezert nem szoltunk semmit. Ajanlom hogy talan a szemelyzet a jovoben lehetne egy kicsit oszintebb a szamolassal.

-	Die Sauberkeit, die Sanitäreinrichtungen, an einigen Tagen keine oder unzureichende Zimmerreinigung, Bettwäsche mit Löchern und zwei nicht funktionierende Fernseher!

+	A 4 csillagos kritériumot nem kielégítő kétágyas szoba helyett kaptunk egy gyönyörű, nagy apartmant tökéletesen felszerelve. Köszönet érte.
-	Húsvétkor a reggeliből hiányzott a húsvéti kínálat. A reggeli egyébként is gyenge volt, nem volt péksütemény, gyümölcs.

-	a fürdöszobába a függönyön térd magasságif volt a penész. nem folyt a meleg viz, likak voltak a fürdöszoba falába, a csaptelep egy része ki volt lazulva. aW.C. kefe le volt használva és koszos volt. a lepedö el volt szakadva. A szobák egyszemélyessek és megprobálják kiadni 2 före!!!! Nekünk a harmadik szobánk amit kaptunk volt lakhato.
