+	Bardzo dobra obsługa, lokalizacja i œniadania
-	Trzeba mieć czepek na basenie, w innym wypadku płaci się 800 HUF.

+	The place was spacious, clean and warm and well furnished.
-	This is a four star hotel, but the breakfast was in the three star hotel next to it which wasn't four star in my opinion.

+	excellent accomodation, very commodious, lot of space, extra bed for baby. Excellent hotel for very good price!
-	Empty kitchen, no dishes. Just two glasses, one plate.

+	Finlandia Vodka was very tastey & the size of the room we stayed in was very impressive. Reception staff were very hepful.
-	Bar closed too early & swimming pool was closed on the Monday.

+	Big rooms (suite) for a very fair price
-	Hotelstaff at reception could be more friendly, employees at breakfast were very stressed. In the bathroom shower showed some defects that should be repaired.

+	The staff was most helpful despite the language barrier.
-	The location was terrible. The bed was completely uncomfortable and resulted in a lack of sleep.

+	The receptionist of hotel Europa This hotel I can recomend, very pleasant sfaff and service.
-	With receptionist of other hotel which your receptionist pointed that cards for public transportation could be bought - this guy from other hotel told us a false informations just to sell additional ticket (for the kid) and he changed us our euro money into forint telling us that everywhere in the city is more expensive because of commission and gaved us 1€=220 Forint.

+	Excellent room and swimming pool, and helpful reception staff. Very good hotel for the cost and helpful staff. Bus no. 22 is very regular and good to connect to centre of town. Meal service was the letdown but otherwise good.
-	Restaurant - poor service and not returning change from bill (the bill included a service charge). Also breakfast on the Saturday morning ddid not have enough tables and as a single traveller I had great difficulty finding (and keeping) somewhere to eat normally.

+	the rooms are very big and confortable; breakfast is very good
-	the heating system, very noisy; as you heave central heating in lobby and other spaces i think you must use radiators in rooms too;
