+	Big rooms (suite) for a very fair price
-	Hotelstaff at reception could be more friendly, employees at breakfast were very stressed. In the bathroom shower showed some defects that should be repaired.

This hotel offers good value for money at reasonable distance from Budapest center in a very quiet neighbourhood. Especially if you have kids, the swimming pool is great for them to play after a whole day of sightseeing. Rooms are big and clean but already a bit older ( our bathroom needed some small repairs) and hotelstaff could be more friendly, but all in all I can recommend the hotel because the value for money is very good.
