+	quiet location, close to the forest, easy access down town. Staff at reception very helpfull and speak english.
-	toilet brush dirty, bed sheet not been replaced (unless it is a policy at this hotel not to replace the sheets every day but if one of them is dirty....) English not spoken by some staff in restaurant. When we said we dont speak german neither, you still get your answer in german! You can hear people from your room as they walk by in the corridor, or above you.

+	Location beautiful Right on the edge of the forest ideal for an evening walk. Lots of facilities in the hotel. 10minute drive to town centre. Airconditioning in the room.
-	No room service menu in room. No guest directory found.

+	Hier ist wirklich nichts zu erwähnen.....
-	Telefon kaputt, keine Info über Hotel, Telefonnummern, Preise der Reception. Bademäntel nur auf Nachfrage. Trotz Reklamation wurde das Zimmer Sonntags nicht gereinigt. Gebrauchte Handtücher, die zum Wechsel auf dem Boden lagen, wurden wieder aufgehängt. Bettwäasche wurde in 4 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt. Frühstück bis offiziell 10 h, jedoch wird ab 9.30 nicht mehr ordentlich aufgefühlt, "Reste essen" ist angesagt. Kaffee nur aus Pulver, Orangensaft aus Brausepulver. Wellness angebot absolut ungenügend.

+	Nagyon tetszett a közvetlenül a szabadba nyíló szoba a 2. szinten, a játszótér és az erdő.
