+	Esta muy bien ubicado, tener los baños en el mismo hotel , el desayuno con una amplia variedad. La calefacción tiene una temperatura muy adecuada.
-	Entiendo que no quieran perder la esencia de un hotel clásico, pero hemos encontrado las habitaciones muy antiguas, no estaría de más alguna reforma. La insonorización de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, se escuchan las tuberías de las habitaciones cercanas haciendo gran ruido. Esto hace que la habitación se convierta en menos confortable de lo que podría serlo.

-	el dia q nos ibamos contratamos un taxi para el aeropuerto en recepcion, lo contratamos por la mañana por q el tiempo era malo y podia nevar para estar seguros de llegar con tiempo , y el taxi llego CON CASI TRES CUARTOS DE HORA TARDE Y CASI PERDIMOS NUESTRO VUELO,y ademas el señor q estaba por la tarde en la recepcion no era muy amable q digamos.

+	No había aire acondicionado. No había secador de pelo. Papel higiénico de reserva en el suelo, encima de una bolsa de papel. Ausencia de estantes en el baño. Al abrir las ventanas entraba el aire caliente y maloliente del extractor de la cocina. Personal de recepción con poco dominio de lenguas (sólo húngaro, alemán e inglés).

+	Friendly welcoming really sweet staff - I felt like a honoured guest, a welcome friend - almost like a princess! Wonderful breakfast! Wonderful soup at the brasserie, but the two duck courses less so. And the termes - what can I say, wonderful, just what I needed! Rejuvenating. Lavish buildings, architecture, ornaments ...
-	Bed was too hard for my taste. It didn´t stop me from sleeping well, though. I would have liked the hottest pool to be somewhat hotter - 39 or 40 degrees.

+	ich war stark von der Werbung beeinflußt, mein letzter Besuch vor vielen Jahren hat mir alte Reminiszenz wiedergespiegelt, die ich diesmal leider vermisst habe.
-	das Hotel fällt leider langsam aber sicher auseinander. Die Zimmergöße entspricht der der damaligen Erbauung, gut so. Die Einrichtung könnte verbessert werden. Der alte Flair kann nicht nur ausschließlich durch Lakaien am Eingang wiederhergestellt werden. Die Therme entspricht nicht den heute üblichen Erwartungen eines SPA's, die kathegorische Trennung zwischen Männlein und Weiblein sollte fallen, bequeme Ruhemöglichkeiten (z.B. Liegestühle) anstelle biederer Sessel könnten mehr Entspannung und Inhalte geben. Das Buffet ist auch etwas antiquiert. Das Personal war bei unserer Ankunft präsent und sehr hilfreich, bei der Abfahrt jedoch etwas sehr desinteressiert.

-	The spa attached to the hotel, now operated as a franchise, leaves much to be desired. It cannot be compared with the excellent way the Hotel used to run this side of the business. The atmosphere and the apparent lack of professionalism acts to provide only a thoroughly disagreeable experience. In the event that we return to the Hotel we will surely not repeat this particular activity.

+	The location was good and the spa and mineral baths were as expected and the reason we chose to stay there in oder to refesh from our long plane journey. The personnel were polite and helpful.
-	The hotel is located in a very old building which in its self was appealing, however, apparently management does not maintain the facilities as it should be. The carpet is worn, wood surfices need to be touched up in places. The conditions present a worned look. The bahtrooms are quite dated. We had grea location and the room was adequate but accessories were lacking.
