The first impressions of the hotel on arrival are fantastic. All the staff with thye exception of the reception staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff however treated everything as if it was a major problem for them. The room backed onto an alleyway that contained a/c units and equipment for the baths so if the windows were open the noise was terrible, with the windows closed the room was too warm. That being said the stay in general was positive with clean rooms, helpful floor staff and the food was excellent
