+	The character of the hotel, excellent service particularly reception staff who were extremely helpful/professional. The access to the spa.
-	The room allocated to us in the back of the hotel suffered excessive building noise which started in the early morning. However we were immediately re roomed!

We loved staying in this grand old hotel which has so much character and history! The spa is magnificent and welcoming after a days sightseeing and the terrace cafe is a great place to sit and enjoy the Budapest hub bub over a coffee and large slice of cake! Really recommend the 3 day spa package!
