+	thermal spring/pool, room in good location - quiet.
-	Furniture 1950s really shabby, carpet in room stained, female staff member at breakfast was miserable and I had to ask for coffee which was cold.

I had a great stay as lone female and felt very safe and secure. Having read comments/reviews on Tripadvisor I was a bit unsure that I had done the right thing in changing my hotel for the Gellert - I'm so glad I did and would definately go back. Some customer service training would be beneficial as some staff - in pools/spa area were abrupt and cold. Saying that the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful as were the maid service. I can't wait to go back to Budpest and Gellert.
