-	Nothing really, although we were put in a twin originally and had to be moved to a double room which we'd ordered.

The Hotel Gellert is a marvellous place to relax, and is nicely situated within walking distance of most places of interest in Budapest. Free entry to the thermal baths beneath is the main draw, so if you like wallowing in warm water, this is right up your street.
