From the moment we arrived at the Gellert we recieved very professional service from all staff whatever their job, there was always a member of staff around and we felt really looked after. The hotel has a gracious feel about it. The food was excellent - a huge variety at Breakfast, and the Sunday Brunch is something that no-one should miss. Our room was comfortable and contained everything we needed. There were no coffee & tea facilities in the room but a very fine selection was available in the hotel tea rooms, where it was served most elegantly. And of course as guests we were able to use the hotel thermal spa baths etc. as often as we wished. The hotel is well placed for exploring , trams & buses very conveniently situated outside the Hotel or a porter will always get you a taxi and make sure that the driver knows where you want to go. Most of the staff speak some English. Value for money - excellent - and we can't wait to return.
