+	The elegance and location of the hotel
-	no airconditioning, no tea or coffee making facilites in room, the sink in our room did not drain properly resulting in a foul smell

The location is great and will be better when extensive work on the Szabadsag bridge is completed. The spa is wonderful and the breakfast choices excellent. On the down side, the rooms need a little TLC, there is no aircon and take your own kettle :)
