+	Front desk staff, location and facilities
-	I felt that the food at breakfast was just okay, but the food service staff was uninterested in doing their job. They spent their time talking with each other and ignoring the patrons. I found this to be very unprofessional.

Budapest is a great city to visit and the Hotel Gellert is a great place to stay. Their facilities, including their extensive bath facilities, are impressive.
