+ The staff were incredibly helpful, all spoke English . They had good dinner suggestions and wanted to do anything we needed. The enormous selection of hot and cold breakfast foods (included) were fresh and well presented.
- plug didn't work in tub, but was fixed quickly

This fabulous historical hotel in Budapest is the perfect spot . It is just a 15 minute walk along the Danube to the center of town. The Thermal baths make it very unique.'The high ceilings and large windows make you feel as if you have stepped back in time.. to a lovley place.
