+ The service and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was very good and the location great with bus and tram outside the door. Easy to walk into the city centre. Access to Spa facilities made it a perfect choice. It had old world charm.

Want a realxing weekend away with excellent service where the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Very good food and the location great with bus and tram outside the door. Easy to walk into the city centre. Access to Spa facilities and a Thai massage make it a perfect choice. The hotel has old world charm so don't expect all the mod cons. Great value for money.
