+	the hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. Would recommend to people with children mainly due to the vast space you get in the rooms. It is brilliantly placed for trams, metro and taxi.
-	The area was a bit run down and the traffic was very noisy. The train was very loud..

+	Very big and lighted rooms, the bathroom was also big and clean.
-	The bed sheets and pillows were dirty with some hair on. The carpet in the middle of the room was also full with hair.

+	The staff was pleasant and helpful, room clean and spacious, quite wide range of food for breakfast
-	Receptionist had quite long phonecall (more than 5 minuets) while processing our check-in, the hotel is on very frequented road and pavements are almost nonexistent - quite a quest to get there on foot

+	The room was great and very spacious with nice furniture
-	There was no advance warning of the extra daily charge for the use of kitchen equipment plus the deposit. There should be at least free use of equipment to make a hot drink.
