+	The parking system and situation is very good. Fitness and wellness is not bad too.
-	Reservation and desk job is very bad, at the reception is not very cool people asking you all parsonal details like before the chute down in the iron curtain times.

+	Very comfortable beds! Flexibility of meals - cafe or restaurant gave us what we wanted when we wanted it. Staff ALL helpful and friendly. Spa facilities - free! - excellent.
-	Location suited our needs admirably but was 2 buses to centre of town - but buses very frequent.

+	service in thermal cure place and breakfast staff (helpful, polite..), they got me the soya milk, very nice, the cooked porridge excellent, breakfast selection is good, wholemeal bread very nice, good selection of healthy food

+	breakfast was very good and varied, pools, saunas and fitness are nice and clean
-	to enjoy your breakfast try to be in time, about 9.30, otherwise you don't have such a varied menu....

-	Standards of the hotel have gone down since the last stay. The curtains have not been cleaned in a long time and smelled very bad. So bad I needed to open the window for fresh air all night. Rugs dirty and some areas of hotel needed repair Food chose was very poor, and the food in the coffee café was old not fresh.

-	The Wellness Spa is never like Germany, Austrian + Swiss. Das Preis- +Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht! It doesn't have a coffee/ restaurant outside or do site outside for trinking coffee für guests. It is a hotel for conferences.

+	Food and spa were very commendable Staff was very friendly, made the guest feel special. They DO go out of their way to please the guest! Accomodations are outstanding and the location is appropriate to the downtown area. Overall : a great place to visit!

+	This were my very first visit to Budapest and Hungary and I have just finished a letter to the Danish Embassy in Budapest expressing how happy and impressed I have been with the natural high service level, politeness, friendliness, honesty and great smiles of all the people I meet from I arrived until the very end of my stay and flew back to Geneva last night. I am also glad that you finally are members of the EU, where your outstanding qualities is a big assets in the Europe I so strongly believe in. You all have a bright future ahead of you. To be and to stay among the best in class one have to learn from the best. I learned a lot in Hungary. Thank you again. I am already in the middle of planning both my next business and holiday visit to your great nation.

-	cannot think of anything, however, the coffee at brerakfast was poor (had a kind of burnt taste) i mentioned it to waiter also, i think the composition of thermal water should be displayed together with what it is good for, i mentioned this to a receptionist

+	Hjälpsam personal. Gym, simbassänger och bastu. Öl och smĺvarmt till skäligt pris. Fin pianomusik i baren :-) (jag hade dock ännu hellre lyssnat till trad. ungersk zigenarmusik)

+	A wellness és a fittness szolgáltatással.
-	Az ágyak elgurultak egymás mellől állandóan. A video programot nem szándékosan hazsnáltam és ráadásul elég magass díjat számítottak fel érte. De nem tudtam inaktívvá tenni. Ezt kissé becsapásnak éreztem.
