-	Az első éjszaka központilag levették a fűtésta szobáról( két kisgyermek számára hideg volt!!!!!!)

+	A szoba nagyságával.
-	A wellness részleg tisztaságával.(üvegfelületek koszosak voltak és vízköves volt az úszómedence.)

+	szolgáltatások, szálloda építészeti megoldása
-	a biliárd asztal gyönyörű,de a dákók,és a golyók minősége nem méltó a szállóda szinvonalához.

+	A szálloda összességében nálam kiváló minősítést kapott. Mi volt a legjobb? A szolgáltatás és az ár aránya illetve a személyzet segítőkészsége.
-	Nem volt a szobában hajsapka illetve vasaló.
