+	A kiszolgálásban maximálisan figyelembe vették, hogy kis gyerekkel érkeztünk.
-	A medence belső peremén egy kosz csík volt látható, amely elvett egy kicsit, a különben fergeteges medence , élvezetéből.

+	Nemzeti Bormúzeum bemutatója ételek elkészítése és tálalása recepciósok kedves, segítőkész munkája csöndes környezet, belváros közelsége zárt parkoló
-	Mi egy drága csomagot választottunk, s ehhez képest még így is akadtak egyéb felszámolnivalók. pl. tea 250 ft a szaunában. Vagy a csomagban benne volt a játékterem használata is "ingyen". Ez a társasjátékokra vonatkozott, meg a színezőkre, de a billiárdot, dartsot már csak felárért lehetett használni. (Sok kicsi sokra megy) És még egy: a manikűr-pedikűr kezelésbe már nem tartozott bele a lakkozás, csak plusz 700 ft-ért. Nem hiszem, hogy nem férne bele egy 30ezres csomagba egy kis körömlakk...
