- The breakfast buffe table is bad organized. The selection of dishes was better during the Liget Hotel time. Parking fee was not expected because previously the parking was free of charge

- Temperature had appearance of being adjustable, but was not. I turned the temperature as low as possible without any change in temperature. Sleeping was very uncomfortable because of the a/c.

+ The room was comfortable and user-friendly in design. Staff were polite and helpful on the whole. Located very close to a number of must-see sights, e.g. Heroe's Square, City Park, museums.
- Area too noisy/polluted to leave windows open at night. The option of a lighter bedcover would have been good (duvet often too hot despite air conditioning).

- We had a non smokers rooms, however the cleaning staff had a service room at the end of the corridor which they used as a smoking room resulting in the corridor being very smoky. The service in the dining room was very slow. There was only one waiter. The food was OK but very expensive. The breakfast was OK.

- Every person seemed to have at least one problem with their bill. As well, the rooms that have not been renovated (1st floor) are terrible. Be sure to be asked to move if you get an unpleasant room.

- One member of the reception staff was extremely rude to me. His name was Atilla. When we were presented with our bill it was calclated in furin and not in euros so it was difficult to see if it was exactly the rate we had been quoted from yourselves of 204 euros. He told me that it was not his job to do this and that that the hotel was not responsible for exchange rates! All he had to do was get a calculater and show how they had worked it out. Also there was an added charge of 'tourist tax' which we were not told about!

- Nem vagyunk egy nagyzabáló család,a reggeli mennyiségével elégedettek voltunk, de a minősége az kritikán aluli: a gusztustalan sült virsli együtt tocsogott a sült lecsókolbász zsíjában, a háromfelé vágot fonnyadt banán látványa kiábrándító; a tojás odoégetve, a forró tej szintúgy, stb. Egy évvel korábban már jártunk ebben a szállodában igaz akkor március 15-e volt, sokkal több volt a vendég.

- Arrivati alla reception, l'accordo era di pagare in contanti; mi hanno chiesto la carta di credito assicurandomi che la volevano solo vedere come garanzia della prenotazione fatta on line, invece durante la notte ( cosě sono stata svegliata alle 2 del mattino!!)un sms mi avvisava che era stato fatto l'addebito con la Visa, e con l'importo diverso da quello concordato. Il mattino successivo ho spiegato l'accaduto ad un altro signore della reception, che mi ha asicurato che avrebbe fatto fare lo storno del pagamento con carta di credito. Per asicurarmi che avessero capito che volevo pagare cash ho provveduto al pagamento subito in contanti. Spero di non avere sorprese in banca con addebiti Visa.

- "Őrzött" parkolóval, ami közel sem volt a színvonalnak megfelelő. Kissé nehézkes a lejutás, és inkább nevezném lomtárolónak mint mélygarázsnak. A garázsból gyalogosan feljutni olyan mint egy kisebbfajta labirintuson végigmenni. Nincsenek táblák hogy merre kell haladni, viszont a folyosóról 3-4 ajtó is nyílik...
