I had said when booking that we would be arriving really early, and when we arrived at 6am, our room was ready for us. This meant we could have a lie down before we went out to enjoy our day. The staff at reception were really welocoming, despite the early hour. The hotel is right beside Hero's Square, the City Park & and the Baths, & a short metro ride into the heart of the city. I would definitely stay there again.
