+	The room was comfortable and user-friendly in design. Staff were polite and helpful on the whole. Located very close to a number of must-see sights, e.g. Heroe's Square, City Park, museums.
-	Area too noisy/polluted to leave windows open at night. The option of a lighter bedcover would have been good (duvet often too hot despite air conditioning).

This is a comfortable, modern hotel without frills. Good location, good value for money. Don't expect intimate, cosy dining and bar areas though.
