+ location - Temperature had appearance of being adjustable, but was not. I turned the temperature as low as possible without any change in temperature. I was given the impression that there was no charge for internet, but found out differently. I purchased a card and it did not work. That one was replaced, but it also did not work. The cost of the card was suppose to be removed from the bill, but it was still present the day before I was to leave. Even though I declined breakfast, it was added to the bill for the first night. That was suppose to be removed on the second day I was there, but it also was still there the day before I left. Those charges should have been removed immediately. When I asked that the a/c be checked in my room, I waited for over 20 minutes and no one was sent to check. As I was leaving, I mentioned it again and then someone was sent up. After several hours, I returned and there had been no change in the room. I requested another room. The new room was only marginally better.
