+	very good value for money, good location - just three tram station to the city (3 min.) neat and clean, the room was not noisy although it is close to freeway, free use of internet in the lobby

+	the help from the staff The staff were very helpfull with places to go and eat. there was a slight walk to get to the tourist places. but in all had a good stay.

+	Dinner on the terrace and very helpful staff. Excellent location and value for attending the Novotel Congress Centre. Easy bus into city centre.
