+	the help from the staff The staff were very helpfull with places to go and eat. there was a slight walk to get to the tourist places. but in all had a good stay.

+	Dinner on the terrace and very helpful staff. Excellent location and value for attending the Novotel Congress Centre. Easy bus into city centre.
-	plastic mattress covers that made for a very sweaty night

-	bad info from desk staff bar closed too early when we wanted a drink at 10.45pm the bar was shut and they wouldn't re-open it

+	nice and polite staff, nice food, good connection with public transport systems

+	Foarte curat, linistit, amplasat intr-o zona ok, foarte aproape de statia de tramvai si autobuz. Pretul foarte bun pentru un hotel de 4*

+	In generale il servizio offerto č buono e non abbiamo avuto problemi, il personale č gentile e ci č stato d'aiuto.
-	Camera un po' rumorosa poiché affacciata sulla strada.

+	Két német kollegám szállt meg, mindennel meg voltak elégedve, jól érezték magukat.
-	Este háromfogásos menü mellett döntöttek, túl jól laktak és emiatt nem tudtak aludni. :-)
