+	Cleanliness of room, quiet location, room w/balcony view complete with breakfast.
-	Day staff didn't know how and didn't help us to turn the A/C on.

+	It was a beautiful property and extremely clean. The view of the city at night was amazing. I liked that the hotel was up in the hills. It was very peaceful . Although, it was up in the hills it was very easy to get back and forth on the bus.

+	A very nice hotel with a wonderful garden and terrace. Situated in a very nice area outside the city with an excellent view from our balcony

+	Obers en bediening. Goed meedenken met dieetwensen. Wielklemmen elke nacht op de auto als service van het hotel.

+	Hotel in periferia ma ottimi i collegamenti (centro in 15 min: 4 fermate con bus n°53 e poi bus n°8 oppure tram n°59). Ottima la cucina e pulizia.
-	Mancanza dell'ascensore.

-	Nagyon nehéz volt a megtalálása. Elrejtett fekvése, az utca érthetetlen megosztása.

+	Die ruhige und angenehme Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals.
-	Zimmerservice (das Wechseln neuer Handtücher klappte nicht immer). Das ist aber auch der einzige(!!!) Kritikpunkt am Hotel!
