+	Cleanliness of room, quiet location, room w/balcony view complete with breakfast.
-	Day staff didn't know how and didn't help us to turn the A/C on.

+	It was a beautiful property and extremely clean. The view of the city at night was amazing. I liked that the hotel was up in the hills. It was very peaceful . Although, it was up in the hills it was very easy to get back and forth on the bus.

+	A very nice hotel with a wonderful garden and terrace. Situated in a very nice area outside the city with an excellent view from our balcony
