+	Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Room and bathroom clean and well serviced.
-	The kitchen was unusable because of the fatty smell and the coating of fat on the units etc. Only one ring electric plate, fridge was old and not very efficient, no kettle for making hot drinks.
