+	az étkezéssel, választékos, bőséges ételek, kultúrált étkező
-	évek óta járunk ide és egyre lerobbantabb az épület és a szobák.Hideg folyosón kell a fürdőhöz menni. A hall bútorai "ezer" évesek.

-	Badekarten die man nicht will und benötigt, werden jedoch extra zum Zimmerpreis verrechnet - sogenannte Pakete sind somit Lockangebote. Getränke die im Speisesaal oder bar konsumiert werden u. auf Zimmerrechnung geschrieben werden - endloses warten-z. Teil vierfache Unterschriften u. bei der Abrechnung keine Auflistung für Kontrolle.

+	Az étterem munkatársai kiválóan végezték munkájukat.
-	A kinti rossz idő mellett a szobában is hideg volt és fáztunk.Hézagosak a nyílászárók.Ledöbbentem,hogy törzsvendég kártyát 3000Ft-ért adnak!!!!!!!!!

-	A konyhaszag feljut az emeleti folyosókra és ott végleg megreked. Léteznek szellőztetési szakemberek, ezek nem építészek, hanem BÁNYMÉRNÖKÖK. A probléma megszüntetéséhez/javításához egy ilyet beszerezni. Javaslat: Miskolci NME.
