+	Friendly hotel, reception 24 hours and always happy to help. Great value.
-	Our double room was actually two twin beds pushed together and the road outside to hotel, although it looks quiet has some noisey traffic over night.

+	personnel adorable, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux. L'hôtel est proche de tout donc très pratique pour les transports et visites. Accessibilité à internet partout, c'est pratique. L'hôtel donne un plan de Budapest à votre arrivée. Une salle est prévue pour garder vos valises le jour de votre départ et si vous avez encore le temps d'aller vous promener en ville avant votre avion.
-	Les repas du menu du soir ne sont pas très bons par rapport au prix payé. 2 chaines en Français : 1 qui passe 1H d'infos en boucle et une autre avec dessins animés;

+	Really clean and confortable room, silent place, good breakfast, kind staff.
-	To find a hotel, however it is so close to many transport facility.:)

+	the staff were friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and tidy , the bathroom was excellent
-	only one thing there were some blood stains on one of the pillows! apart from that it was a very nice pleasant hotel

-	Fürdőszobában a tükör vegyszeres vízzel? kosszal? teljesen összekenve. Az üvegfelületek/ablakok, erkélyajtók/ mocskosak. A plafonon hatalmas barna beázásos? folt. Ezen dolgok miatt nem voltunk benne biztosak, hogy a szoba ki lett takarítva az előző vendég távozásakor A TV képernyője sérült Wifi nem működött

+	Staff were very helpful and friendly. hotel was clean and bright.
-	Although food was fine service in restaurant was a little spasmodic though friendly. A think a smaller menu and booking meals in advance might help kitchen staff. Please reprint and tidy up your menu!

-	Although I was happy to have a fridge, the noise it made prevented me to sleep. Too near the bed.

+	The service was excellent, I have never met such friendly personal! We were in room 45, which has a great and very big rooftopterrace!
-	We booked an appartement, but that ment only 2 seperate bedrooms, no kitchen (or kitchenette).

+	Staff were very friendly and helpful.
-	Room clealiness could be improved. Under the bed had not be cleaned since the room was last used. There was garbage and sunglasses left under the bed.

+	All of your staff were so kind to us, especially Lado Erzsebet. She in particular made our stay with you very memorable.
-	Only a slight complaint with the breakfast would be to add bananas or other fresh fruit. However for the price, we found the breakfast very good. Oh the only other issue was the loud disco on the Saturday, no Sunday morning at 2h00. Not the hotels fault.

+	The staff was very friendly, and most of them spoke excellent English making it easy to communicate. They were gracious about helping us arrange airport transfers and storing our luggage before check in and after check out. Also, the price was unbeatable with the promotion they were running.
-	Our room was right next to the restaurant, which hotel guests would sometimes stay drinking at til 11 or so, making quite a bit of noise. The location is also a bit out of the way - be prepared to walk up hills on your way here! But once you get the 15 minutes to Moskva ter it's easy to get anywhere else in the city.
