- the garage is very tight, which hotel cant influence so ok, but the gentleman that 'helps' to park speaks no english and so was a very frustrating experience. also it is the first time i stayed somewhere that the maid didnt make the beds.

- They have a real problem with some of the rooms in that the air ducts and power supply are so noisy that no one in rooms close to the ducts and power supply can easily sleep.

+ We really enjoyed our pool-side rooms with direct access to a garden. We arrived late and very tired the first night and were delighted to discover that we could order a wonderful meal served on bistro tables in the garden. The staff were very helpful and spoke many languages. The breakfast was delicious. The tram/metro system worked very well to get us everywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend this hotel.
- The pillows were lumpy but that was our only concern. Not a big deal.

- breakfast - too many people for such a small room, people had to queue up for a table. Orange and apple juices never even heard of the fruits, it was all from powder or so, undrinkable

+ 7200 HUF not a big money for a room. you can survive on this money during the cold in budapest :)
- my third stay in the hotel was not as good as the first two. i was offered a room that had no real window (it looked to the hall), so the room was quite noisy. there was no remote controll to the tv and the refridgerator did not worked.

A Night in a Separated Apartment

+ It is a really good service for your money. I've stayed a pricier place before that was much worse. The room was clean, the stuff really nice. If you are interested in the city and not in the hotel, it is a good place.
- You can hear when your neighbour have a shower or go to the restroom :)

- Room was too warm and there was little ventalation. The curtain on the window was too thin and let the light from the courtyard into the room. The lights would go on and off when someone entered the courtyard all night long.

+ The location of the hotel was in a nice quiet area with a couple of nice parks nearby. It was close to local transport or for those more able it is within walking distance ofthe sights. The staff were excellent!
- On the 1st day we went out for the day at 9.00am and returned at 3.00pm and our room had not been cleaned, this happened again the next day, so our room was not cleaned during our stay.

+ The staff were really cooperative - initially there was not avail for a 3rd night stay - however i asked to be informed if avail occured. Very fortunately there was indeed avail at the last minute and the staff informed me. This was excellent service
- We did not receivea key for the air con therefore the room was a quite warm in the hot weather. However it did not present too much of a problem
