+	Il personale č stato veramente gentile e disponibile a darci informazioni. Addirittura una delle signorine della reception parlava benissimo in italiano!
-	A dire il vero non abbiamo critiche da fare. La camera era un pň piccola perň per noi non č stato un problema visto che trascorrevamo tutta la giornata fuori (e comunque sia camera che bagno erano molto puliti).

-	the garage is very tight, which hotel cant influence so ok, but the gentleman that 'helps' to park speaks no english and so was a very frustrating experience. also it is the first time i stayed somewhere that the maid didnt make the beds.

+	We really enjoyed our pool-side rooms with direct access to a garden. We arrived late and very tired the first night and were delighted to discover that we could order a wonderful meal served on bistro tables in the garden. The staff were very helpful and spoke many languages. The breakfast was delicious. The tram/metro system worked very well to get us everywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend this hotel.
-	The pillows were lumpy but that was our only concern. Not a big deal.

+	7200 HUF not a big money for a room. you can survive on this money during the cold in budapest :)
-	my third stay in the hotel was not as good as the first two. i was offered a room that had no real window (it looked to the hall), so the room was quite noisy. there was no remote controll to the tv and the refridgerator did not worked.

+	It is a really good service for your money. I've stayed a pricier place before that was much worse. The room was clean, the stuff really nice. If you are interested in the city and not in the hotel, it is a good place.

-	Room was too warm and there was little ventalation. The curtain on the window was too thin and let the light from the courtyard into the room. The lights would go on and off when someone entered the courtyard all night long.

+	The location of the hotel was in a nice quiet area with a couple of nice parks nearby. It was close to local transport or for those more able it is within walking distance ofthe sights. The staff were excellent!
-	On the 1st day we went out for the day at 9.00am and returned at 3.00pm and our room had not been cleaned, this happened again the next day, so our room was not cleaned during our stay.

-	Because one waitress didn't speak English well we've got stuffing for dinner instead of steak, finally the problem was solved but it took time.

+	Staff was friendly & helpful, even providing us with a 'superior' romm which was not occupied the night we were at the hotel.
-	Fellow guests using the outdoor patio area in the hotel garden were a bit loud/noisy into the evening--but not that bad really.
