+	Excellent staff.. Swift service with a smile.
-	Glass doors in the bathroom? user at night might wake up other room occupants when turning light on. NO dim light at night for guest to wake up to... very important for secure feeling and fast orientations in unfamiliar surroundings.

-	Not able to order food other than breakfast, this service is not available. Cannot sleep after 6am due to traffic

+	The staff was fantastic.
-	Our room was behind the bar. It was quiet when the bar was open, but there was a lot of commotion near our room at closing time.

+	The staff were plesant and knowledgable. The breakfast was wonderful. The Internet service was very important for me, and I much prefer the location on the Pest side to the over run with tourists Buda side. I would definetly stay here again if I return to Budapest, which is a wonderful town.

+	Quiet location in side street yet close to main commuting ie bus,trams,metro.
-	being unable to take any cakes/drinks that are on offer in the afternoons at the hotel up to your room.

+	room and breakfast
-	voltage adapters unavailable for western voltage. ie: computer, razor i had to do some detective work by asking people on street etc. to find one. basically spent a day doing this. the hotel should have had one or done this for me, instead they were very unsympathetic to this.

+	Staff were very good and rooms were extremely clean. All the group was pleased. Excellent restaurant recommendations from reception as well.

+	The location of the Hotel and that it was so clean, tidy and a very cool spa.
-	That you couldn't get anythig to eat in the evening, a sandwich could have beeb nice.

+	Service beim Frühstück - und das Frühstück selbst
-	Freundlichkeit des Empfangs, Beleuchtung im Bad (Schminken und rasieren nicht möglich, da immer Schatten im Gesicht), Keine Seifenablage (es schaut immer sehr schmutzig im Bad aus) Sitzhöhe des WC für Menschen bis 1,75 cm viel zu hoch , Bett, keine Ermäßigung in der Parkgarage, keine Tipps vom Empfang, Keine Hilfe beim Umziehen (wir hatten ein DOPPELBETT bestellt, erhielten aber ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten) Zimmer war für **** viel zu klein, Betten standen falsch (beim TV-sehen, rutschte das Bett von Wand weg) nur eine Einzeldecke für 2 Personen .....

+	sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstücksbuffet, zentrale Lage des Hotels
-	Zimmer nicht sehr geräumig, modern, aber spartanisch eingerichtet: nur ein Stuhl pro Zimmer, klitzekleiner Kasten. auch im Badezimmer trendige Einrichtung, die aber sehr unpraktisch ist.

+	mit der Ausstattung und der Lage des Hotels
-	bei Ankunft fand ich Krümel und Papierfetzen des Vorgängers auf dem Boden; nach der zweiten Nacht ein langes schwarzes Haar im Bett, dass ganz sicher nicht von mir stammte.
