Nice staff, but building a little run down.

-	The room was adequate, but the bed was old and not very comfortable. This was the first hotel that I ever stayed in that did not have shampoo and bar soap in the room. The exterior of the building and the surrounding landscaping are in desperate need of attention. It gives a very poor first impression.
