+	robert who owned the hotel was so nice and helpfull he helped us arrange trips the room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday the area was quiet but the bus stop at end of the road and was very good service we really enjoyed our stay in budapest

+	The pension is in a very quite location, completly surronded by the private garden. Robert and his wife are fanstatics and very kind and Robert speak a very good italian. The breakfast is very good and abundant.

+	Despite the distance, I loved seeing a part of the city I wouldn't have normally. It is in a good neighborhood with great staff and easy access to public transportation!
-	I was visiting my brother at Corvinus University and it was a bit of a trek especially during rush hour.
