+	Large clean room. Nice, clean bathroom (shower only). Decent breakfast (but should have more fresh fruit). Extremely quiet location. Extremely convenient location downtown. Helpful staff. Attractive common areas. Nicely restored for an older building (the stone walls on the ground floor are several centuries old in places).

+	Both Henrich and Michael were wonderful front desk clerks. Both gave us a lot of information about Budapest and were always eager to chat up their City. Their assistance was surperb. Also, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate, always fresh and presented beautifully.

+	The location of the hotel was very convenient for access to the center of the city
-	This is a typical 3* hotel. The rooms were Ok but not very comfortable and the white walls (no photographs or paintings or other ornamentation) made the room rather unfriendly. Furniture could also be upgraded

+	very quiet as described on website; a pleasant small hotel yet near busy main road and no traffic noise heard in rooms; very convenient.
-	Airconditioning is mentioned in hotel features on the website, which is misleading advertising. A/c is NOT in every room, so our first floor room was very hot on a July night. There is no opportunity to request room with a/c on the website booking form, nor is there any indication that a/c is not in all rooms. There should be a lower room rate for non-a/c rooms, and a space to request a/c. We assumed there would be a/c in the room.

+	The extremely spacious room was a delight.
-	The street space outside the hotel was a bit small anyway and particularly so as there were renovations going on next door.

-	the one and only exception of the friendly staff: one of the night receptionists was reacting quite gruffly when he had to open the door late at night to let me in; check out is quite early at 11 am. 12 noon would be more fine

+	un personnel trčs serviable, trčs agréable et accueillant, surprenant de ce côté. Petit déjeuner trčs convenable par rapport aux autres hôtels, un mix entre modernité et tradition. Des chambres neuves, nickel, avec vue sur un patio sauce budapest : parfait.
-	notre lit double était en fait deux lit jumeaux, pas pratique pour un couple !

+	Hotellet var väldigt bra beläget pĺ en lugn gata. Uppskattade mycket det rymliga och trevliga rummet samt den mycket tillmötesgĺende personalen.
