+ very quiet as described on website; a pleasant small hotel yet near busy main road and no traffic noise heard in rooms; very convenient. - Airconditioning is mentioned in hotel features on the website, which is misleading advertising. A/c is NOT in every room, so our first floor room was very hot on a July night. There is no opportunity to request room with a/c on the website booking form, nor is there any indication that a/c is not in all rooms. There should be a lower room rate for non-a/c rooms, and a space to request a/c. We assumed there would be a/c in the room. Features mentioned on website include air conditioning, however not all rooms have a/c (due to thickness of original walls on lower floors). As there is no bedroom fan, we were too hot on one of our two July nights . There are radiators for winter however.
