+	staff was very friendly. Location was good. The first visit to my wife, so it was easy for her to go shopping.
-	the street was very noise at night. No elevator. We had wet clothes in our golfbags. No place to dry them, but we had a chance to leave them downstairs in a locked room, because of the stairs.

+	The staff in the reception were very serviceminded!
-	The breakfast were very bad. Too little varieties, too little food and nobody checked when the plates became empty. Overall a so bad service that the impression of Hotel Pilvax became very much lowered

+	The location, friendly staff , nice rooms
-	We all disliked the breakfast, bd idea to give each a plate.. no fresh fruit, youghurt. so we went for breakfast outside the hotel

-	The breakfast was not as promised. We was told it was a real buffet, but that was not true. The first morning we got old, green bread. No vegetables and fruit. The next days we had our breakfast elsewhere.

+	Location of hotel, friendly and efficient receptionists. As we were taking an early flight the waitress had breakfast prepared at 6am - and still managed to smile!!
-	Disappointed that the restaurant had been closed for months and also that there was not more choice of meats and cheese at breakfast.

-	When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that unfortunately we were unable to stay at the City Hotel Pilvax because " a pipe had broken" and we had to transfer to another hotel far from the center of the city. In the meantime we could see several people asking for their keys and returning to their room. In fact it was a real lie which put me in a very strong angry and I said it was not question for us to go to any other hotel and I commanded that a room sould be put at our disposal. This manner to do is strictly unacceptable.

+	The Staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to deal with!
-	We arrived towards the end of the breakfast hours one day and a number of items had run out. Not all were replaced before breakfast ended.

-	We were informed by the restaurant that it was independent of the hotel and that payment for dining there could not be charged to our room. We were also advised that we could not use a credit card. We paid 68 Euros cash for a bad meal. We found later that we could have charged the meal to our room and used a credit card.
