+	Location of hotel, friendly and efficient receptionists. As we were taking an early flight the waitress had breakfast prepared at 6am - and still managed to smile!!
-	Disappointed that the restaurant had been closed for months and also that there was not more choice of meats and cheese at breakfast.

-	When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that unfortunately we were unable to stay at the City Hotel Pilvax because " a pipe had broken" and we had to transfer to another hotel far from the center of the city. In the meantime we could see several people asking for their keys and returning to their room. In fact it was a real lie which put me in a very strong angry and I said it was not question for us to go to any other hotel and I commanded that a room sould be put at our disposal. This manner to do is strictly unacceptable.

+	The Staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to deal with!
-	We arrived towards the end of the breakfast hours one day and a number of items had run out. Not all were replaced before breakfast ended.

+	The Hotel receptionists,waiters and bar staff were always so friendly and helpfull and were obviously happy in their jobs.The location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect for seeing all the major sights of Budapest,and also ideal for spending lots of time and money on nearby Vaci utca,the main shopping street.
-	Only spent four nights at the Hotel,fourteen woukld have been better.

+	That we could chage room when our heat was wrong it was to hot, we couldn´t be in the room. In the room you cold have a romantisk lamp or a good lamp when you looks for something. You have a good drinking water in the hotel. It was very good where you can keep your clothes. I mist that it was not a " wake up service". It was near the shops and no cars outside. The breakfast room was very beautiful. You can have fresh flower in there. It was not som much smoking it is forbidden here in Sweden in hotell, restauranter and everywhere inside so it was not comfortable in Budapest when you eat food that people smoke around you. You can also have a little "Velcome gifts" to your guests
-	The beds were to hard, I would like to have one more madrass so it woukd be more soft. One more pillow it was for thin. The table was not so strong. And some details missed in the room. The waitwr in the morning didn´t filled up the breakfast so if you come very late nearlist everything was empty. Even a guest which come late or very earliy shoul have the same service, every one is important.

+	the staff were always on hand to offer advice and had good english speaking skills. the location of the hotel was excellent right in the centre of Pest, the variety of the breakfast range was quite extensive.
-	nothing in particular although more free TV Channels and maybe the ability to purchase an English newspaper may have made the time spent in the room more relaxing

+	Location couldn't be better! Near the Vaci Utca and the Danube river. Staff was very friendly and helpful and courteous.
-	We had one of the smallest double rooms I have seen. We saw a couple others that were larger, we just happened to get the small one, but it was suitable.

-	We were informed by the restaurant that it was independent of the hotel and that payment for dining there could not be charged to our room. We were also advised that we could not use a credit card. We paid 68 Euros cash for a bad meal. We found later that we could have charged the meal to our room and used a credit card.

-	leszerelték és ellopták a babakocsinkról a napernyőt éjszaka. Nagy valószínűséggel a személyzet, mert ők ajánlották fel a ruhatárat, ahova berakhattuk a kocsit. Teljesen rá lehet látni a recepcióról, szóval nem hiszem, hogy vendég tette volna. Mivel két részből állt, és mind a kettő eltűnt, biztos, hogy nem elhagytuk, ráadásul az egyik részét hozzá kellett erősíteni a kocsihoz, tehát kizárt, hogy leesett volna. Többet nem választjuk ezt a hotelt!
