Excellent location. Service at buffet breakfast poor. Had to ask 5 times for a spoon. Items that have run out are not replaced - get down early!! Don't expect a night cap at the bar if you return to the hotel after 11pm - the bar will be closed. No room service either after 11pm. Mini-bar offers limited choice. All that said - great value at 60 for room + breakfast. Would go back for location and price.
