+	location and value for money and a spotlessly clean hotel.
-	would have liked tea and coffee facilities as the breakfast room was only open till 10:am and there isn't a bar in the hotel.

+	excellent location, easily accessible by foot to the major sites of interest. Friendly environment.
-	This is a proposal: to close off (for example by insering a transparent glass ceiling) the reception area from the floor area. It was most unpleasant to try to sleep with the open window when there was talking and moving going on in the reception area until very late at night. Another proposal for the sake of the place: to insolate the entrance door. It was amazing to see a swinging door with temperatures below zero degrees! Think of the wasted energies!

+	fantastic location: everything of interest in Budapest can be reached on foot. Nice reception staff : always a smile and hello- helped us find information and a taxi to leave. Breakfast was very good too with real quality coffee!
-	Noise due to the scaping of chairs on the floor in the breakfast room quite early every day - our room was just below: just fix some pads at the end of the chair legs! No way to lower the temperature in the room: it was too hot. The matress is a bit too hard.

-	Central heating out of order - room was terribly hot (25°C) the whole night, even with window open. I did not get a discount, although I told the staff about the problem.

+	The room was clean and hotel staff very friendly. The location was awesome
-	Room was extremely hot. Asked that air conditioner be put on twice and said they would take care of it but never did. Shower drained very slow so had to turn water off while showering as to not flood the room. Was told that would be fixed. Room is in a courtyard but it is enclosed so no air circulation when window is open. When you open windows you are kept awake from hearing the elevator all night and people coming into hotel as reception is open up to courtyard. If these things were corrected the hotel would be awesome with no complaints.

+	The location is great! There is a free (during the weekends) public parking within 300m. The rooms are very clean and the design is very modern. Great place to stay for the weekend!
-	The breakfast room is too small, but staff is dooing their best. No dinning possibilities at the hotel, but acctualy it is not a problem when you are right in the town center!

+	Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, haben uns ein Zimmer mit Fenster nach außen zum öffnen gegeben.
-	Das erste Zimmer hatte Fenster zu einem überdachten Lichtschacht, das Zimmer war viel zu warm, da keine frische Luft von außen rein kam.

-	La habitación estaba en el patio del ascensor y hacía mucho ruido. pedimios cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que al día siguiente tendrían la ocasión de hacerlo. No fué así y estuvimos los 7 días durmiendo con el ruido del ascensor

-	Had a room facing Vaci street. Some noise when machines cleaned streets or emptied wastebaskets early some mornings.

-	Die Heizung konnte nicht reguliert werden, es waren konstant 25 Grad im Zimmer, hatten ein Zimmer zum Schacht, so dass keine Möglichkeit zur Lüftung bestand, Hotelpersonal zum Teil unfreundlich und unverschämt, wir sollten einen zerbrochenen Toilettendeckel zahlen!
