Hotel Promenade - great location in wonderful Budapest

 
Agreed with its 3* status - not luxurious in nay way, but more than adequate for our needs this weekend. Room furnishings clean, plenty of hanging and shelf space. A bit cramped round bed. Location second to none - right in the heart of Vaczi Utca, the shopping street, 5 mins max walk to the riverside, fab restaurants, lively atmosphere (but rooms face inward so no noise). Staff pleasant, breakfast very european (i.e. lots of cold meats and cheese). Very reasonable prices. Happy to recommend.
