-	Slow service by one lady member of staff on three occasions in the hotel cafe marred our otherwise total enjoyment of the hotel. The cafe was not busy on two of the three occasions.

+	I was quite impressed to notice that the WIFI internet connection was a free service - nice, when often you are charged at other hotels. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff - thank you for recommending the dinner cruise on the Danue; well worth doing.
-	Minor item: would have been nice to have milk for the coffee in the room. Must have been forgotten.
